Is France crypto friendly?

Definitely. On April 11, 2019, the French parliament adopted a law (the “Loi Pacte”or “Law”) that establishes a new regulatory framework for the digital assets industry in the country.

The Pacte law is indicative of the French government effort to establish France as a “Blockchain Nation” and as a leader in the digital assets space. Government officials are recommending an investment of €500 million over the next three years to develop the country’s blockchain ecosystem.

The fund administrator will work with the custodian to liquidate all cryptocurrencies and return the funds back to the investors in proportion to their respective investment accounts.

How do you secure underlying crypto asset?

We are applying security best-practices, including internal process and separation of responsibilities inside the team. Crypto asset under management are stored in both hot and cold wallets.

How can I see the performance of my investment?

Once registered, investors have access to an Investor Platform where they can view their capital account, their investment returns.

How can I sell my notes?

The Investor Platform allows investors to sell their notes. Sell orders are processed every Wednesday.
