Digital Asset Service Provider with a simple registration ("PSAN dit enregistré simple" in French), subject to the provisions of Article L.54-10-3 of the French Code Monétaire et Financier or CMF in force before January 1, 2024, and therefore not subject to the new requirements introduced in the same article by the DDADUE law, registered in France by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF, 17 place de la Bourse, 75082 Paris Cedex 02) on the approval of the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) under number E2022-053 for the following services (defined in the article L54-10-2 of the CMF):

1. custody of crypto assets on behalf of a third party
2. exchange of crypto assets for fiat currency that is legal tender
3. exchange of crypto assets for other crypto assets
